Hello, wonderful people! I hope you all had a fantastic week. I’m going to come right out and say that this blog post is going to be a bit different. My hope in you reading this post is that you see how good God is in our struggles and understand nothing is too big for Him. Also, to learn more about my personal journey with the Lord these past ten months. Read on as I share with you ten things God has taught me while living one of the hardest, yet most God-led ten months of my life in our rental.
For those of you who don’t know, our family moved last August from our home of thirteen years. That same year, plenty of other things in our lives which we considered “solid” were uprooted. Along with that, we started experiencing complications regarding our house which we are building (on raw land, from the ground up). Without going into all the details, I’m sure I can sum up the spiritual warfare and overwhelming struggles with one sentence: You couldn’t have made the story up if you tried. We’re finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. As you can imagine, trusting in God to bring this to completion, to provide, and to give us strength when we are weary has been one of the hardest things our family has ever dealt with. Our plans did not turn out the way we ever expected. But in all of this, I have concluded that without these times of trial in the fire, I would not be where I am today, neither would my faith in God be this great. We now get to move next month! I thank God for His goodness and presence in the storm and trust Him to see us through to the end. I hope you enjoy reading the ten of many things our great God has taught me through this season of life:
Love in Jesus Christ, Hannah K. I Dare You #19- The last sentence of this blog post! If you want to go further, read at least 7 chapters of Psalm this week and praise God! Watch Him change your outlook, no matter what your circumstances may look like.

AuthorHello, I'm Hannah and I'm so glad you're here! I'm a twenty-year-old Jesus-loving writer, National Bible Bee Alumna, and homeschool graduate. Jesus redeemed me, and now I give my life, and this blog, to serve Him. Hebrews 3:13 reminds us to encourage each other daily, lest we be hardened by sin. I hope that reading each blog entry that I post you will be encouraged and challenged to become more like Christ daily. |
